These paintings were part of Playlist, my work for the Academy of Design Grad show, 2017.
These works explore my deep fascination with my favorite musicians, emphasizing their stage personas through imagery and highlighting select songs that resonate with me. I aimed to connect the medium of each piece to the individual artist, considering aspects such as the instruments they play, their unique identity, and notable songs or albums.
